Cancellation Policy
All reservation cancellations must be communicated in written form. Please refer to your booking confirmation for cancellation conditions.
Cancellations or changes made up to 6 days before the scheduled arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations received 5 days or less before arrival will be charged 50% of the total amount of the booked stay.
Guests who decide to interrupt their stay will not be entitled to a refund and will therefore be required to pay the entire amount for the booked stay.
No-Show:
In the event of a no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged.
