Our restaurant offers dishes prepared with local, seasonal ingredients and uses only high-quality, mostly organic ingredients from our own farm.
Organic Highland Beef from our grass-fed farm, using only grass and hay, our Organic Carnaroli Rice DOP from Baraggia Biellese and Vercellese, and our Organic Nebbiolo from upper Piemonte Coste Della Sesia DOC are the highlights of our menu.
